The one thing you won’t see in our boarding area is crates. When your pets stay with us, they're free to roam around and play with our overnight staff.

- Every meal needs to be pre-portioned by frequency. EX: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner = 3 separate meals.
- Pricing includes flexible pickup & drop-off during business hours. Clients who need to pick up their pet after 8pm will receive a late charge pickup fee.
- We can portion your pup’s meals for a flat $35 fee.
- If you're not on a daycare subscription, your pet must be picked up by 10am on the last day to avoid a daycare fee of $60 (if you are, you'll be charged a daycare credit)
- Cancelled boardings are charted $100 as part of your non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount of your boarding payment will be added as a credit to your account for a future boarding ONLY.
- Boarding credits are non-transferable.
