- One credit is one (1) full day
- Each credit can be divided up into two (2) half days of daycare (a 1/2 day is 4 hours or less)
- There is NO grace period for going over the 4 hours -- you will be charged a full credit
- Subscriptions automatically renew on the day of purchase
- You can freeze/change your credit plan; if you choose to do so, please communicate changes before the renewal date
- Subscriptions must be active 2 months prior to cancellation
